🌿 TIP: What a Vertical Living Garden Wall Actually Is

September 10, 2026

A vertical living garden wall is basically a set of modular trays or pockets mounted on your fence or exterior wall.

Each one holds soil and plants, with built‑in drainage so they stay healthy.

A simple drip line runs across the top row, watering everything evenly — no fussing with a hose.

It’s a clean, organized way to grow a lot of plants in a small space, and it’s easier than most people think.

🌿 FAQ: Can I install this on any exterior wall?

September 23, 2026

Absolutely — our vertical garden systems are designed to work on stucco, wood fencing, masonry, and even metal structures. The key is choosing the right mounting hardware and moisture‑management layer for each surface.

If you’re unsure, we can evaluate your wall type and recommend the best mounting approach.

🌿 TIP: Your fence has a daily sun personality — learn it once, and plant choices become easy forever.

October 4, 2026

Most fences don’t get “full sun” all day. Instead, they move through sun → part‑sun → shade zones depending on the angle of the sun and nearby trees or structures.

Here’s how to read yours:

Morning check (8–10 AM) — Note where the first light hits. This shows your coolest sun zone.

Midday check (12–2 PM) — The strongest light of the day. Wherever the fence is lit now = your true full‑sun pockets.

Afternoon check (3–5 PM) — West-facing fences get warm, late sun; east-facing fences shift into shade.

Evening check (after 5 PM) — Any area shaded by now is officially shade or part‑shade.

Do this on one clear day, and you’ll know exactly where to place sun-lovers, part-sun plants, and shade champions.

🌿 FAQ: What size are the garden walls?

October 14, 2026

Our standard garden wall is approximately 4 feet by 4 feet, a compact and visually balanced size that fits beautifully on fences and patios throughout the Folsom area. This layout typically supports around 36 small plants, giving you a lush, full look without overwhelming your space.

Larger custom builds are absolutely possible — some homeowners prefer wider or taller installations depending on their wall space, sun exposure, and plant goals. During your planning session, we’ll walk through your wall dimensions and design a layout that fits your home perfectly.
